Cancel my subscription/ not possible on site
I created an account thinking it was one time charge but got charged early this morning for 19.95 apparently I'm on autopsy and don't have a place to get off of it. I contacted customer service and asked for my email account, then my screen name, I didn't know so went back to my email and hit the hyperlink and was logged in and gave my screen name.
Then after the third time asked me for the password I didn't know it. So went back but was mysteriously logged off. Now I don't have access to account to cancel.
I have loco my debit card every month on the 21, how do I get this resolved? Read the fine print and don't listen to anyone when signing up.n/a
